1 | The winners of the €1000 prize will be contacted directly by the company. Please note that the amount is to be considered gross and forms taxable income. The actual net amount may vary depending on the applicable taxation in the place of residence of the winner. The prize, which is provided in the form of a voucher, is non-transferable and may only be redeemed for initiatives related to the Clean Living theme. Specifically, winners may use the prize for one or more nature-based entertainment experiences for themselves and their family members. The prize must be used by the deadline stated on the voucher.
2 | The use of the additional day of vacation is subject to company regulations and national regulations of reference, and must be approved by the line manager in advance. The additional vacation day will be granted, provided that this does not affect the regular performance of work activities. It may be taken exclusively in the year 2025. Should the aforementioned prize not be utilised by 31/12/2025, the right to claim it will be deemed null and void.
3 | Participants in the initiative will receive a paper case as a gift, which they will be able to collect according to the directions that will be provided by 31/03/2025. Please note that, in accordance with the regulations in force in the various countries, the value of the Sofidel product case may be subject to taxation in accordance with the relevant tax and contribution regulations.
